America makes a giant leap as it lands up on moon over a half-century later again. Fifty-two years after the last Apollo astronaut stepped onto the dusty lunar surface, the United States has returned to the Moon. USA Moon Landing Not By NASA

USA’s 2024 “Soft Landing” On The Moon:
The landing itself was dramatic. After a flawless launch aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Kennedy Space Center, Odysseus embarked on a 4-day journey to the Moon. The descent was tense, with communication hiccups sparking concerns as there was no contact with Odysseus for 10 minutes and a 73-minute long decescent as the lander entered the Moon’s orbit before making the soft landing on the south pole of the moon.
Soon after around 5:32 pm the cheers erupted in mission control as confirmation finally arrived: ‘Welcome to the Moon”.

Communication with the lander remained spotty and the condition of the exact location of the lander was not immediately confirmed unless the Texas-based company confirmed the landing at the planned site called crater Malapert A and ensured the spacecraft to be “upright and starting to send the data.”
