In the Holiday spirit, a shocking video surfaced of Actress Tommy Dorfman accusing Delta Airline employees of Human Rights violations,
The verbal exchange as recorded in the video, was because of staff addressing her by the wrong pronouns.
Dorfman claims that one did was “intentionally.”
While in the conversation, one employee was heard saying Dorfman’s pronoun “she” before switching to “he” in the clip, prompting her to retaliate “You just misgendered me again,” she said. “Multiple times, both of you have.”
The staff was quick to clarify saying “It wasn’t intentional, but if you want to take it personal, that’s also OK,”
To add to this the employee was heard using the word “condescending” followed by “And if you want to continue, I’ll have Port Authority escort you out the building right this moment if you want to play that game with me.”
Here’s the video which was posted on Saturday, December 23 with the caption “When you try to advocate for yourself at @delta and are met with even more transphobia and threats of being arrested at LaGuardia,”
A negative experience with Delta Airline employees, which she documented in a TikTok video that has since been deleted but has been widely circulated via social media.
As for the response from Delta, the airline said that they are “aware of the video and looking into the matter, including reaching out to our customer to understand more about what occurred.”
